But, as with everything else, the key is moderation. Those people drank soda EVERY DAY for SIX MONTHS. I personally would like a study that shows someone like me, who is trying to cut back to ONE soda a week. What's the affect of that?
I think people tend freak out and think cutting everything completely out of their diet right away is the way to go and I don't personally see a reason to freak. Slowly cut back. You'll be healthier and happier.
