What a week!

Monday, January 30, 2012

I was doing great all week, felt really good eating my salad. emoticon+

When wait what is this in my salad emoticon and looked, oh my, it is a tooth and filling, gee I hope it is in there from someone else, since I am terrified of the dentist, but alas it is mine. emoticon

A wisdom tooth no less, eventually toward the end of the week I finally called the dentist. emoticon It is out and I feel so proud to have overcome my fear, I made an appointment to have them cleaned and checked. emoticon It has only been a few years since I went because I lost my job , so I needed to go.

I signed up for Dr Oz's transformation and went to Weight Watchers for my free weigh in , so I am good to go.. I went before to weight watchers ,so I remember what to do and I have been good all week.

I need a wake up call since I am one of those people that need a lot of sunlight, and these winters make me want to be a couch potato. I got my Jane Fond workout tape for us elder women so I am good to go. emoticon emoticon

I will keep you all posted, thanks for your support. emoticon

Hello! I too am sorry about your tooth loss. I am so glad you are going to the Dentist. I do NOT enjoy going either. Good has come out of the bad as your tooth loss has encouraged you to make that needed appointment. Fear can be a hard huddle to get over. You did it! congratulations. Have fun with your work out and your Weight Watchers program. Jenny emoticon emoticon
