Wow- I think this is our 4th week to post about what we've done right in the past week!
So #1- I'm starting my week off on a positive note for the 4th week in a row by looking back on the past week and appreciating what I accomplished for my health!
#2 I didn't let a crazier-than-usual schedule mess me up last week. When I had to postpone my long run, I didn't sweat it. I didn't feel like a failure because of it. I simply ran a great run (for me) a day later than normal.
#3 I pushed through a slump last week. Emotionally, I started the week off on a sour note. Physically, the schedule last week was too much. I persevered. I have learned to put my health higher up on my list of priorities. I finished the sour week on a strong note. What a turn around for me compared to the unhealthy me and how I would have let that bad start affect my weekly goals.
#4 I have gotten closer to more than one SparkFriend in the last week. It works for me. I like having these friends on similar journeys out there. We cheer each other on and pick each other up when needed.
#5 I got a few Sparkers to "Pat themselves on the back" last week with my blog. I loved reading it! So again, share with me "What You Did Right".
