So lately, my weight just hasn't changed. Some would say that its okay while others normally give advice. The last three Mondays, I have weighed in at 146.6. I know i should be proud of this number. According to my BMI, i am in a healthy zone for someone that is 5'10", medium build, and very active. But today when i weighed in, i just feel stale. I run 3-4 times a week, i do cardio 30-45 minutes, and i lift weights. I need to find a motivational factor to give me some ooph and less staleness. Open for suggestions!
