Week #1: Get ready to be eliminated

Last night I packed up enough food for breakfast and lunch (and snacks) all week, if needed. I have decided that I am cutting out gluten, dairy, yeast, and sugar. I am not giving up coffee and I will be eating goat cheese and yogurt.
Yesterday the hubby and I went shopping for some diet-friendly dinner foods. He is being very supportive.
I mainly hope this will make a difference in how I feel and my psoriasis, but i also do better calorie-wise when I am watching what exactly I eat, so I'm expecting weight loss as well.
Scheduled to exercise Tues and Thurs this week.
Ready, set, go!
EDIT: Apparently I am not cutting out yeast, because I am not cutting out fruit or coffee. Oh well!
