Hi all, hope you had a nice weekend! Sleepy today, thinking about my work-out and gym, but I have to get there! We had a nice weekend, no work-out tho. But i was doing a bunch of little exercises. So I have to go today! Had to change some exercises to accomadate my wrist and I still have to be careful of ankle. Need to work tri,s and legs today! along with chest. Fri was my pull day, today is push day, tomorrow shoulders and abs and cardio. Thats my problem, cardio! Doing some step-ups, not much choice with ankle! But I can do whole body movements! Thats it! be creative, with all areas of living! Cherie
