I lost about 60lbs. Yes I walked as much as 12 miles per day and I went to the gym. I did this the easy way, I had a stroke last October. I was lucky in that my body was affect by the stroke so I was able to begin a exercising immediately after being discharged from the hospital. I was about 260lbs just before the stroke. I started walking 3 miles and quickly graduated to 6miles. Recently I walked 9 to12 miles per day and I went to the gym every day day working different areas of my body. Now I tone back. my walking to about 5 miles per day and I do my strength building at home, weights, and total gym. As for my diet it comprises of eating two meals per day, skipping dinner. Pretty much eat what I like though I restrict the salt and fat. Currently I am at 200lbs. I am also have problem getting below 200lbs and staying there. But I a confident that I can get to 160lbs. The will bring me to my ideal medical weights of 160lbs. And yes I again start to mix up my cardio exercise to mixture of walking and running. I have did not use spark throughout my ordeal. But I plan to use them for the next forty pounds.
I hope you find this helpful.
