I was given the opportunity to write a review on Coach Nicole's 28 Day Boot Camp DVD
. I received a free copy of the DVD and am not being payed for my review.
I thoroughly enjoyed the workouts, they were easy to follow, and were shown at three different intensity levels. I was very happy especially with the intensity levels because I have had problems with my right knee since I was a kid and sometimes it is just not up to a hard workout. I did not try the 28 day plan yet though I think that will be my next step. I feel by following the plan I will be able to see better results while maintaining a routine for exercise, which I think is extremely important. I would recommend this DVD to anyone at any fitness level, because it can be so easily adjusted and modified to fit anyone's individual needs. I enjoy my Cardio Blast

DVD's, however what I most enjoyed about this DVD was that it included both cardio and strength training on one DVD. I also was glad to see that some of the exercises were more then 10 minutes long. I like the 10 minute exercises when I'm in a hurry, but I prefer to workout for longer periods of time.
