Time to get serious, Bob and Jillian serious!

Sunday, January 29, 2012

I've been too easy to myself. It's time to kick myself in the a**. I only have the last 20 pounds to lose. I almost make it them I slack off and gain it back. It's time to set a deadline. 20 weeks till Summer. 1 pound a week. Sounds easy. So why haven't I done it. Why am I still Fartin around.
I have lost 40 pounds. So what's so hard about the last 20 pounds? When you look at the Biggest Loser contestants almost al of them still need to lose. If you have watched Ali's new show you can see she has gained some back. Nothing like she was at her heaviest. I think the last 20 is harder to lose than 100.

I want to be at my ideal weight. Not just happy being in onderville. I want to reach my Ideal weight by Summer. So anyone out there that wants to get Bob-Jullian serious come join my team Goal Weight By Summer 2012 Challenge.

"Unless you Puke, Faint, or Die KEEP GOING!" Jillian Michaels

Let's get MEAN!
