I did 64 minutes of fitness today.
Today's highlight was going outside for a short amount of exercise and then the boys followed me out and eventually we started tossing football for awhile.

CURVIEMAMA said 'Walked 2 miles in about 45 minutes! I took the kids to the plaground and walked the track. Noticed that another Mom that looked to be my age sat in the car while her kid played...well until it was time to leave then she walked to the edge of the playground to holler for him. I rocked that track!'
