I am signed up for the 10lb Slimdown challenge starting tomorrow through Chris Freytag's FB page. I completed it a couple of months ago and I'm ready to do it again. Last time it took me longer than the 4 weeks to complete and I want to try to do it in less time this time.
I'm not sure how that'll work. I really don't want it hanging over my head during the day so I think that I'm going to get up and do it before work. I need between 40-60 minutes each day to do the workouts. That'll be interesting because I normally get up between 5-5:30am every day. I don't see myself getting up any earlier. I'm thinking that I'll just go into work later.
Fortunately I don't have to be there at any specific time as long as I get my work done.
That's the plan as of now. Check with me tomorrow night and see how I did.
