First week and feeling energetic!

It's the end of week one and I've been at 2.4 lbs down for the last 3 days. I know they say you shouldn't weight yourself everyday but I do because it helps me track what's going on with my body. I feel really good and energetic, so I think my tweaking through out the week has helped! emoticon
