It's been almost a whole week of my new found control over my eating and exercise. Yeah me.
I'm down about one pound, not huge but its a start. I worked out 4 days this week, hoping to get in 6 next week. I tried doing it with just the two days I do with the personal trainer each week, just doesn't work to lose weight. It takes both. Hope everyone is doing great. I'm using spark people recipes as well as hungry girl , skinnymom.com and the Biggest Loser recipe books.
My husband is the minister this morning at church and he's so nervous. The real pastor has been sick and they couldn't find a substitute. All will be well as long as they cut the microphone when he starts to sing a hymn. Oh not good....
