I came across sparkpeople.com last week as I was searching for any information about diet and arthritis. After being on a calorie reduction plan for three days I had noticed that my knee and hip pain was significantly reduced. Ater reading a threaded discussion on Sparkpeople I saw that I was not the only person who noticed a link between sugar consumption and arthritis pain. I am determined to regain my mobility by losing weight and avoiding the foods that trigger my weight gain and the ensuing joint pain--sugars and simple carbohydrates. I walked pain free today..can dancing be far away?
