THE NEW YEAR CHALLENGES

I started changing my workout regimen to try to shock my body into hyper mode-some days good, some days bad. My commitment is the same though. i get lots of free advice from people who are fit, some who are not, some who think they are know-all of fitness and health, i take what i can apply and let the rest lay where it lays. I do alot of reading from fitness sites, especially love livestrong.com but i already had a plan to take all my work outs and tracking to a personal trainer when i get home to get some professional advice. The old saying, it didnt take a day to get fat, it will take more than day to get thin- is right on. I hear lots of women talk about wanting to look like the people in magazines-its wont happen. Genetics plays a big role! I will just keep plugging away and working on my lack of discipline for food. That's my biggest challenge here. Make it great day Tanya
