Some researchers say it takes 21 days to create a new habit. Thanks to the January Jump Start Challenge I believe I finally created a habit of exercising everyday. Even on the days I didn't feel like doing anything, I exercised anyway (even if it was only for 10-15 minutes). This has given me a new positive outlook on the things that I can accomplish if I just put in the time and effort. I've learned to look at laziness as a contagious disease that will take you down and take over your life if you let it, but we must fight for our health and happiness.
