1 Do not tell yourself things you would not say to someone else in the same place -This makes a great piece of sense to me One I need to remember!!
2 Remember where the negativity is coming from? I liked the 1st article we read for the challenge this week that talked about guilt and keeping the good guilt but relieving ourselves of the toxic guilt
3. Believe in yourself and do not let challenges knock you out of the game.
