3 ways to stop Negativity

1 Do not tell yourself things you would not say to someone else in the same place -This makes a great piece of sense to me One I need to remember!!
2 Remember where the negativity is coming from? I liked the 1st article we read for the challenge this week that talked about guilt and keeping the good guilt but relieving ourselves of the toxic guilt
3. Believe in yourself and do not let challenges knock you out of the game.

    Excellent advice. Interesting that there are two kinds of guilt. With toxic guilt one beats themselves up and progression is stymied. Healthy guilt helps us recognize when we are going in the wrong direction, repent and change course. Thank you.

    Thanks for the ways to stop negativity. I like the idea of getting rid of toxic guilt instead of feeling like i have to get rid of all of it.
