no more donuts!

I've been cycling now this last month and loving it but i hurt my back and it won't heal. :( Need to upgrade to a road bike badly.
Been eating donuts almost every weekday- baaadddd hhabittt. need to stop the donuts!!! need to fuel my body more for the cycling goals i have in mind this summer.

    I hear you...for me it is timbits - i do find entering into nutrition tracker limits my intake somewhat...

    Good for you - keep at it as doughnuts play havoc with your system. We also have eliminated the processed foods that used to taste so good to us. It's back to home cooking.
