Today was my strength training day and I was stalling! But I told myself "ENOUGH- GET MOVING!! and thankfully, I listened!!!
I decided to warm up on the treadmill first, and then run a mile @5.5 mph. Mission accomplished....slow down a bit and then strength training part 1 done! Back to the treadmill and decided after a 5 minute 4.0 walk, to attack my goal of running a 6.0 mile straight through....and I DID IT!!!!
Cooled down a bit, did my crunches, biceps and triceps, slow walked again, and stretched it all out.
start to my day and another "goal" to build on! My fellow Sparkers - I thank God for you every day!!!! You listen, you share and you give me that extra push to challenge myself!!!!
