Back at it today..

Well I got a little off course the last two days. Thursday was my rest day and I should have run 4 miles yesterday as party of my half marathon training. However I chose to skip my work out - I just wasn't feeling it. I will run the 4 miles this morning but today should have been my 2nd rest day of the week. I also have a 10k race tomorrow and I really don't like to run a day before a race but it looks like I will have to make an exception this time. I also went a little crazy eating the last two days and I'm not really sure why. I am already back on track this morning. I had two eggs whites with 1/2 oz of cheddar cheese and hot sacue, 1 slice rye bread, 1 bottle of water and coffee.
