well what has happened since the last blog,so much that i actually donīt know where to begin anbd have forgotten a lot in the business of ot all.firszt lotfi and ayyub arrived home safely to our glorious snow which we still have,lol.it was great seeing them but meant i was absent from spark a few days.monday went to dr for iron infusion and irn wert which was at 1.8 which is not good for me as should fall in the 2-3 out of that range is dangerous for me so increase in bloodthinners lol.tuesday woke up with a really exstreeme headach like i have never had before could move and wanting to through up(differant from the fussy headaczhe i have been having permantly since my paralise of my face seemed to have change 6th of january.wednesday still not feeling to good went to drīs.told her my new schedule for the neurologist was 1st of febuary she thought i shouldnīt wait till then because of the tuesday headache and contacted the neurologist who fitted me in there and then so i had to make the hour journey to the neurologist.before leaving drīs she took aload of bloodtest as she things i have an infection which is ontop of the paralise.so get to the neurologist to find she had got another neurologist as well and asked did i mind him being there .what could i say but no i donīt mind.she also thinks i might have an infection as well but that i now have a secondary paralise as opposed to the primary paralise before.she has ordered a cct which i have on tuesday then i have to go to her again on wednesday(the day of the new appointment i made after postponing because of zakariyaīs chicken pox) bringing the results of bloodtest and cct with me .she will also perscribe me a couple of differant theraphys to help with the tightness of the skin and with muscle/nerve tone.one is an ice theraphy not sure what the other will be.on that wednesday i went to the drīs then the neurologist in the afternoon ayman had his speach theraphy(two train rides away)on the way there i slipped on black ice and feel pretty hard .apart from a few buises ,stifness and soreness which i still have abit i think the worse thing was that a mother and grandmother of one of the kids in my kids kindergarten saw the fall(talk of the kindergarten next day with people asking how i was,lol).so by wednesday night i was totally exhursted.thursday dr phoned me with bloodtest results.i do have aan infection but not such a bad one thatshe wants me to have antibiotics(she is against antibiotics and only gives them out when she sees no other choice)my irn had gone down even more to 1.6 which is the lowest it has ever been (in may i got a lung embolie again as it had gone to 1.7)so increased my blood thinners again.my iron is still extremly low despite having an iron infusion two days before the blood test so she says once we have all the results back from the neurologist the cct etc(incase there is a problem with the coiling from the anurysma)she will checkthe iron again and if it is still low end of febuar she will send me to a hermatologist to see if they can find why tzhe iron is still so dangously low.yesturday zakariya and ayyub had their speach theraphy so as you see even without the housework and everyday runing of a normal household with 5 people i had an exstremely busy week.on the good side i managed to write this blog,i am slowly catching up with my emails and peoples blogs from whan i was not here when lotfi came back.all the kids are healthy at the moment and will inshallah stay that way oh and forgot to say also took zakariya and ayman to their ent specialist on monday and the good news there is it looks like aymanīs deafness in his right ear is not permanat and can be treated so all in all the wek came out good.i didnīt put on weight.even though i didnīt loose any either i am happy with that and next week is another day.will let you all know how the cct and neurologistr goes.have to go to drīs on monday for the irn again to see if it is back in the 2.so hereīs hoping.hope you all have a great weekend i plan to we will go sleigh riding with the kids all being well.thanks once again for being there for me and for your support.as always it is really appreciated and means alot.
