I just read this and thought it was important to share. I won't be indulging in Starbucks again. It isn't good for the waistline - but more important, it isn't good for the future of America or families.

Executive Vice President Kalen Holmes, the bill to legalize counterfeit marriage "is core to who we are and what we value as a company." A preview of the endorsement came last November, when Starbucks signed on to a legal brief that argues traditional marriage is "bad for business." For customers, who were already having a hard time swallowing the company's partnership with Planned Parenthood, this may be the final straw.

Well. In addition to taking a lot of money (Starbucks coffee is a recommended "cut" item in many budget plans!), here's another reason to refrain. Thanks for the info.

It's amazing that businesses think they can play politics and it won't hurt their business.

I wish businesses would leave culture war politics out of their business plans.
