70 fitness minutes
Cardio class at the gym (today we did 30 min of med-high impact step aerobics plus 40 min of TRX--very cool!)
Read chapter 5 of The Hunger Games
Read a motivational blog today.
Now...catching up on this week's AI and enjoying some yummy "soft serve" to soothe my sore throat.
Goals for First 30 Days (Jan. 22, 2012 - Feb. 20, 2012)
-Include a green smoothie each day.
-Exercise for at least 20 minutes a day, with one day of rest.
-Attend 3 classes at the gym each week.
-Be “productive” at least once a day (clean, read, etc.)
-Read something motivational each day.
-Blog progress each day.
