Our weather has been quite warm lately, ten degrees above average. We go a little break today though. Rain this morning and highs in the low 70s instead of the low 80s. Still had to change into shorts this afternoon. Too warm for jeans.

Went to a wine tasting last night, and then out to dinner. Boy it's hard to control your calories when you're at a restaurant! I did eat only half my sandwich and had the rest today for lunch. But I did eat my french fries last night. Oh, well, I'll just have to be a bit more careful today.
