I just realized how long it has been since my last blog. ( That word just sounds so weird for writing a entry into a journal) So I decided to sit down and do one right now, It helps that I am at work, it is Friday and I am waiting for the county inspector so show up and so his thing at the shop. I could recap everything that has taken place since the last Blog, but will start with the here and now and cover the old stuff as time goes by. First off my weight loss is going great, down a solid 5 lbs since the 1st and I owe that to the SP food tracker, once you get going on it , it will save you from going over. It shows you where you are failing and also reinforces where you are doing great. I just finish the P90x/Insanity Hybrid 90 program and after this week on R&R I will start the P90X2 90 day work out on Monday. Combine that with my slow progress back to running and a ultra- marathon in May and you have a recipe for big gains in all areas of my overall health. So I will leave it at that and continue on with a new Blog weekly.
