Chronically hungry

So is it work? Am I bored at work and therefore chronically hungry as soon as I get in the office? Is it the morning workout which results possibly in an increased metabolism and therefore I am hungry a few hours later even after eating a decent breakfast shortly after? Completely ready for lunch now and its not even 11! UGH!

    I think you are right. At work I always always planned for a mid morning and mid afternoon snack and I would try for some healthy protein ... edamame, almonds, pistachios, apple with cinnamon and almond butter, Greek yogurt. :)

  Probably habit, try having a bit more protein in the morning.
