I survived the morning tea...

Well the tables were well stocked with mini meat pies, sausage rolls, biscuits (iced vovos, yoyos and anzacs), crackers, cheese, sandwiches, prawns - but there was fruit too.

I limited my intake of the pies (just 1), sausage rolls (oh 2 of them), one each of the biscuits, some prawn salad and had a sandwich (it was on multigrain bread) and a little cheese. I did eat quite a bit of fruit - watermelon, strawberries, grapes and rockmelon.

When we have these 'morning teas' in the office, there is always enough to last the day and so it becomes lunch and afternoon tea.

I have done my best to estimate and log what I ate but found I was a little low on fibre so for dinner I just had a 4 bean salad.

Tomorrow back to regular food which I can track better. Hope the scales don't show anything bad in the morning.

Now to bed because I need another early morning walking before it gets hot again.
