Very quick entry as I am pushed for time, but wanted to record this!
Finally got my fat levels in my meals at an acceptable level yesterday and when I looked at my breakdown my fat content wasn't as high as it has been over the past few weeks! Proteins were up too. Woo! Carbs were a little high but I am training tonight so need them.
Kcals: 1460 - 1810 (actual 1,579)
Fats: 32 - 70 (actual 28)
Carbs: 164 - 294 (actual 205
60 - 158 (actual 85)
17.6% of my cals for yesterday came from fat, 58.1% came from carbs and 24.3% came from protein!
I think the secret to busting through this last 5lbs is low fat, high protein and to keep on keeping on. Oh and water, water , water!
I am back up today from 138 to 140 though, boo. But hoping that is fluid retention....
