Finally blogging! Been thinking about doing this all month.
I`ve been doing pretty well with the exercise and eating since Jan 1. Did well with the getting to bed and sleeping for about a week, now I`m slipping back to my old ways, going to bed late
I ate badly today, I really have to have my foods all prepared (cut up, make batches for lunches etc.). That helps me keep on track. Speaking of tracking I have been tracking all my food & exercise pretty well every day!
I did lose 5 lbs...now I`m stuck! Stupid scale, One of my Sparkfriend`s wrote a great blog and challenged others to put away the scale. I have read about weighing in less often as well. I`m going to weigh in on Feb 1 and then not again until my trip (Feb 22).
I am going to go back to Week 1 of the Sleep Challenge and keep the journal. I have to get back on track with the food prep & portioning (I have time this weekend). I`ve been getting to the gym about 4x per week for classes. I will continue that....it does make you feel good! I think I will increase weight trng over the next few weeks too.
So I`ve got a couple positives and can see a couple negatives trying to slide back in. Not gonna happen!
Less than a month until my trip to Bahamas!! I want to lose at least another 5 lbs or should I say....fit into my clothes better by then!
