1. what pushes you to go further (try harder)?
I know I'm not supposed to care about the # on the
but if I see a loss one week, it feels good and I am more likely to want more so I will do more to make that happen for the next weigh-in.
2. what pushes you to go 5 more minutes on the treadmill or do 10 more crunches, etc.?
If I plan to do 20 minutes on the treadmill and I get there without dying
I'll go ahead and do 5 more minutes, sometimes even 10 or 15 minutes more.
