Sorry I have not yet vloged. But I can tell you that I have lost 5lbs. ROCK IT!
Eating 50g. of protein with-in 30min of waking is the trick.. you just can't get hungry!
I do feel a sort-of headache, and lil tired, also I sweat allot last night. But this is all going by the book. It seems to be at night that the most repairing happens. So this is what is suppose to happen!
Hey I am loosing and feel (not heavy) which is what I love most about watching what I eat!
So I will keep you informed and thanks for reading!
PS: I am down under 230lbs.. you have no idea how happy that made me!!!!!
