Day 3

Sorry I have not yet vloged. But I can tell you that I have lost 5lbs. ROCK IT!
Eating 50g. of protein with-in 30min of waking is the trick.. you just can't get hungry!
I do feel a sort-of headache, and lil tired, also I sweat allot last night. But this is all going by the book. It seems to be at night that the most repairing happens. So this is what is suppose to happen!
Hey I am loosing and feel (not heavy) which is what I love most about watching what I eat!

So I will keep you informed and thanks for reading!
PS: I am down under 230lbs.. you have no idea how happy that made me!!!!!

    WOOHOO!!! Congratulations on the 5 lbs!!!!
    Yeah....the 50 grams of protein for breakie was what threw me off a little...I know I am supposed to but wow..that is a lot. What are you eating? I can't eat eggs anymore for some reason so it makes it hard and I can only eat so much cottage cheese...:)
    You vlog only when you are comfortable doing so - I'll still be here!
    Really..I am soooo excited for you!!!!
