I got a note from one of the groups I belong to that was discussing the latest and greatest new DIET Plan being touted. Here was my response.
That's it, I've had it, everybody keeps telling me I should document my journey and tell everyone how I did it. Well, to start the ball rolling, I am announcing my new plan, you'll notice I did not call it a DIET, because diets don't work. It's called the Stick to the Plan Program or Kick Yourself For Not Doing It. It's real simple, but not easy. No difficult or unattainable challenges here, everything is doable by EVERYONE.

Step 2 Establish a realistic weight goal and date
Step 3 Determine a realistic caloric intake that will SAFELY help you reduce your weight
Step 4 Make a decision to be honest with yourself and your food plan. Record everything
Step 5 Get active
Step 6 Get involved
Step 7 Get more active
Step 8 Get better with your food plan
Step 9 Get happy with the results
This program is Guaranteed to work, except for those who have medical conditions that prevent them from losing weight. For all others, we'll give you what you've invested in the plan back, NOTHING, because if you make a total commitment to this plan and have no medical reason why it won't work, the only reason that it didn't work was DEFECTIVE OPERATOR, which nobody covers.
There have been far to many successes with this plan to say that it does not work, and like all of the other plans that you can pay thousands of dollars for, DEFECTIVE OPERATOR is still the major cause of failure, so let's Get with the plan.
