Yesterday I thought I would go out of my mind with the cravings. Today they have started already and it's only 9:30 am. I know I can get through this. The author says if you can do the first 3 days you can make it the 8 weeks.

    Thanks for the advice. I'm not really hungry but have been doing the water. For the first 8 weeks not friut is allowed. The whole thing is to detox your liver and put your pancreas to sleep. I don't need as much diabetic medication now.

    Man, I know it's really hard. Drink a lot of water when you feel hungry and maybe some hot tea if you like it. Both are very good for you. Sometimes your body mistakes hunger for thirst and vise versa. Before you decide to eat drink a 160z thing of water and wait a couple of minutes. Make sure you track what you eat so you know where to improve so your not so hungry all the time. I'm only on day 6 but i'm all ready feeling better. Dont seem to eat as much. Make sure you snake but make sure it's healthy. Peanuts, celery, fruit or whatever you like that is healthy. Sometime's when I crave something sweet I grab a hand full of cereal and that makes me fine. I hope that helps. Your doing a good job. emoticon
