OK I think I lost a pound tonight from my last weigh-in two weeks ago. Our weight recorder wasn't feeling well tonight so didn't make it to the meeting. Not bad considering I just finished my period the other day which had made me get into the chocolate. bad bad! I still have a ton of Christmas chocolate and have not polished it off. I'm doing quite well. I'm a chocoholic. It also helps that I've eat the really good chocolate now and what's left is stuff that is yummy but not as good so I don't feel the eagerness the same. This is a good thing.
I bought the Sparkpeople cookbook! YAY!
I am loving my new microwave silicone steamer. I'm eating better now thanks to using it! :)
I've also made homemade chips on my new chipster from Epicure Selections :)
I have not been to McDonald's for supper since Jan 4th. I have had 2 breakfasts there though.
I started my vision board powerpoint. Only the title page is done so far but it's a start. I also have decided on my long-term goal: REAL FOOD
I'm sleeping better now that I have a 2.5 inch memory foam on my bed. And that means I'm not clenching at night or at least as badly. I actually want to go to bed now.
And finally, I have not had any feelings of depression at all. None. Zip. I haven't even had to use my SAD light and I have not been consistent on my vitamins D & B either. This is VERY good! I also think it's because we didn't get snow until Christmas. I think that is a big factor. That and eating better.
Last night's supper: Chicken that was baked in foil in my toaster oven. I seasoned it with Epicure Selections' BBQ spice. The potatoes are "Skinny Scalloped Potatoes" from Epicure Selections in my microwave steamer. I used a bit of beef bouillon and 3 Onion Dip Mix. Next time I plan to try herb & garlic dip mix. No fat whatsoever. They were pretty good! I also had a side salad with homemade dressing.
So yah, once again this blog is all about me! me! me!!!MMEEEEE! As it should be because that's why I'm here right? It's about me and treating myself better. And thanks to going to my weekly LIVE meetings, I'm finally starting to feel the SPARK again.
