I am planning to go on a an elimination diet, like Body Ecology. I say "planning" because even though I wanted to start yesterday, I realized that we have so much food in the house that has to get eaten first. So I am eating the diet during the day and regular at night.

I'm confused about a few things on Body Ecology. I didn't see anything about eliminating corn or soy, nor whether goat's milk was okay. They also include mushrooms in the shopping list, but mushrooms have yeast, which is usually eliminated in these types of diets. So I'm not sure what I want to cut out, but I DO know that there is no way I am eating no cheese, so goat cheese and yogurt I will be eating.

Started exercising yesterday with my friend, and we plan to do so three times per week. Go us!

    SO HAPPY YOU ARE BACK (I almost peed myself jumping up and down in my chair)!

Exercising three times a week is total win, way to go.

With the body ecology-- do they have a series of books/website/community on spark? I would definitely try to find a community on spark as you can post your questions there.

I hope you are well, and that the last few months were good to you and yours!
