It changed!

I jumped on the scale this morning, and that middle number changed! Now, I'm not saying I haven't seen that happen for like a second a handful of times this past month or so... but I REALLY have been struggling with getting into the next "decade" lately. So my goal is going to be to do everything humanly possible so that the number STAYS changed and I can weigh in with my challenges this weekend with something to show. Still waiting for advice on exercise I can do while driving! lol

    Yeah, as the driver of a car your hands (arms) and feet (legs) are pretty much committed. I think JCARDINAL gave some good options. Now, as a passenger one could get more creative.

    Besides your kegels :) you can always strengthen your stomach muscles by contracting them and holding for a count of ten release and then tense again. Or tighten your glutes. I work on my face muscles by singing loudly to the radio! emoticon
