Day five didn't start out that great. I have the wickedest hazelnut latte craving.
I started this challenge with a girl at work to see who will last the longest. Both of us want to lose a little weight and both of us needed to cut back on our sugar intake.
I've got my packed lunch of tomato soup, snack of green beans, pumpkin seeds, and soy beans ready but work days are always so much harder because of all the junk people bring into the office.
Day 5 though, I'm kind of impressed I've made it this far. Another upside, my shoulds and hips have finally recovered from the winter run I did Sunday. 3 miles in the snow and cold. It was my first and I think my body will be more prepared for it now. I remember the steep curve from the spring when I first started running.
