I don't think I will ever get use to seeing my weight be up when I know I've been doing program! The scale is not always your friend! I guess the key is finding other non-scale goals! My personal favorite is the desire to please God with temperance / my daily self control.
...and Rather it's I feel better in my body or my clothes start fitting again, I need to focus on the real reasons I'm doing this and it's not for a number on the scale. I want to live a better quality life and then I hear of so many sicknesses and medical needs out of the elderly, I want to work on that.. before I reach an age where I won't be able to.. or at least not as easy as I can do it now.
