I've been working on tracking at least my exercise minutes on my spark page on a somewhat regular basis. My spark page informed me that I was not eating enough calories. I figured out that when I work, I burn about 6,000 calories a week. BUT I don't work every day and I don't burn a LARGE amount of calories every day. I only burn a large amount of calories about 2 days a week. SO, the confusing part is this: Should I really eat more calories EVERY day or just the days I am burning large amounts of calories?
I really hope people read this! I need advice!
