Here are my goals for this week
1. Drink 8 glasses of water
2. Exercise 7 days a week taking off Sunday
3. Stay in my cal. allotment
If I can do thease things ,I should see a break on the scale. I am tried of losing thease 4 lbs and gaining them back each month for the last 2 months. I want to weigh in the 170's for a change. I have been in the 180 for 3 months.
