I have always gotten up and exercised first thing in the morning, then showered , eaten breakfast, and gone to work. I keep reading that exercising like that in the am after no fuel for the body isn't so good. I've done a lot of added exercise the last 2 years and not lost much. Maybe my body needs fuel first! I can't get up early enough to wait the 2 hours suggested, so I will try to exercise first thing as soon as I get home. I almost didn't do it today, the first day of change, but I have a challenge going and couldn't let the other person down. Thanks Laura! Day one done. I hope this turns my body into one mean fat burning machine!!!
