HCG during menstruation

I'm going to record here what I find in my research.
So far, every indication is that you should stop taking the drops during menstruation. The reason for this is two fold--1st that the drops don't work during menstruation and second that some people have experienced heavier/longer cycles when they take the drops. This is subjective research and I will continue and record here everything I find.
"Women are always asking to do more than the 21 day diet, but because of hCG menstrual cycles I discourage women for this long term use of hCG diet.
Because of higher level of progesterone hormone in women during their period, hCG doesn't isolate fat reduction the way hCG should during the hCG diet phase.
You will lose weight due to the low calorie diet but you will lose muscle mass as well.
hCG sublingual serum allows endless possibilities for fat loss, as long as you stick to the hCG protocol diet and continue to take hCG.
The hypothalamus isn't reset until you maintain the weight loss you achieve using hCG diet long enough to reset your body fat percentage.
This can only be done by maintaining the desired weight for at least 18 to 21 days. This is why I think so many fail at weight loss.
They lose the weight, they feel good about themselves then revert right back into their old eating habits."

"Dr. Simeons states you should stop the hCG drops or injections during your cycle but continue the consuming the 500 calorie hCG diet foods. When your cycle is over you resume taking your hCG drops and continue with the 500 calorie diet.
Dr. Simeons also states to start the hCG diet after the last day of your period.
Hormones control the start and finish of your menstrual cycle. The Luteinizing Hormone (LH) and the Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH). Both hormones are produced by the pituitary gland in the brain to mature the ovaries and later manage your menstrual cycle. During your cycle the Luteinizing Hormone is produced in abundance over powering the effects of hCG while on the diet.
The hCG won't have any positive effect on you while the Luteinizing Hormone is present. You still follow the hCG diet meal plan as hCG is still present in your system and it will help lessen some of the weight gain your hormones may have already caused you by retaining water.
When you are on the 42 Day Protocol you still have to take 1 day off a week in addition to stopping the hCG drops when your period comes. Remember stopping the hCG drops is to prevent hCG immunity and has nothing to do with your cycle.

If you no longer have your period and are on the hCG diet, then these rules to stop the hCG drops during your menstrual cycle do not apply to you and you are free to continue the hCG diet without interruption, unless you are on the 42 Day Protocol.
Other women have said they are hungry during their menstrual cycle time as there isn't any hCG that is releasing the fat, however they still stick to the hCG diet 500 calorie diet plan.
Some women report cravings for sweets during their period while on the hCG diet.
Some women report they gained a few pounds, their weight loss stalled or slowed down considerably prior to the onset of their menstrual cycle, however after restarting the hCG drops in a few days the weight loss restarted. Some women have reported they maintained what they lost during that time.
Always plan the diet around your cycle to make it as easy on yourself as possible.
Stick to the hCG diet foods.
So there you have it. Stop the hcg drops but stick to the diet.
