Day 23 of 30 Day Boot Camp

OVER IT!!! LOL! :)

That class is killing me...for real! It is doing some terrible things to by joints! My wrists and knees are hurting? REALLY!? What should I do? I have 7 days left and I missed my last class because my knees were hurting so badly! I have worked so hard in those classes but I just don't know if I can finish. I don't ever remember having this many joint issues before! At the beginning of this I was totally loving it and thought I would add another month, but that is out the window! Running didn't hurt me this bad and I was pounding the asphalt like crazy!!

I have thought about switching from boot camp to a personal trainer... the price will be very similar and I will have more one on one attention... but I just don't know.

I love how much exercise I get accomplished during my boot camp! I feel great when I leave and love the soreness that follows the days after. If my joint hadn't started bothering me last week I wouldn't even be writing this! I would be gearing up for tonights class! But no... I had to go and do too much! Stupid boxes... anyways... I feel lost and it sucks!! :(

    Dang.... Sounds like a class you could get your $ worth out of and that you were really sinking your teeth into. This must be kind of like how an Olympian feels (whatever sport) when they get injured. It's like, "But body, come on, I have this goal!" I wish you God speed. I hope your joints heal up fast and I'm sorry for this road bump. Let us know what you decide.
