Lovely Tuesday morning

The sun is shining, a light breeze, clear blue skies, forecast max 22C . . . . . Ahh, a lovely summer's day . . . . . If only i didn't have to go to work!

So my start to the day was a 25 min JM Shred it with Weights (level1) workout using my 4kg kettle bell. The only part I really couldn't do was the Turkish get up, I can only do it on one side and I can't bend my right knee enough to get up (or down) with any style or ease at all. Bloody knee! The rest was good, hard work, but good.

Then I did 2 back to back spark seated core workouts as part of my week 4 JJS. The core wasn't scheduled for today, but since I did so much arm work in the JM routine I thought I'd give them a break and swap the upper body sculpt for tomorrows core. and since tomorrow I am doing the Kettleworx core workout it all fits in beautifully!

Can't go for a walk tonight as I have a hair appointment at 6pm to get rid of this grey nonsense and to give some style to my bushy do!

    OH MY GOODNESS... that picture of your poor knee made my stomach hurt a little bit... And makes me respect you all the more for your very ambitious workout schedule! WOW!
