I've been thinking about the things I've given up. Chips. Cough drops. Eating out.
Do I miss them? No, especially when I calculated that cough drops could be adding (or keeping on!) about 5 pounds a year!
Yeah, I was shocked, too.
I really don't miss the chips. I used to munch a bunch nearly every day it seems now. You'd think I'd miss it, but I don't.
I don't miss eating out at all. Who knew, eh? I enjoy preparing my own meals.
I feel I've made only minor changes because I don't miss anything. I like portion control for some reason and not only because it works. It makes sense to me.
I may have created some kind of food feng shui in my life, if you will. By putting this meal here and that snack over there, I'm bringing good results to my door.
