Goals for this Week

Whew - last week I was busy and completely off track with food. I had a couple of days of travel and that always throws me off. I am doing good with activity and consistently going to aquasize class even when it was cold! I am really enjoying the combination of cardio, strength and relaxation.

My goals this week:
1. Plan and track food
2. Aquasize classes (3)
3. Start back at therapy (as maintenance...I'm doing good right now!)
