Rough weekend, but not letting it continue.....bring on a GREAT WEEK!

This is how I feel. I am exhausted and there is something to be said for not having a break. We have a week"end" for a reason, why are mine always worse than the week?
I went from one activity/commitment to another from Friday morning on.
Yesterday was the worse as far as food goes. I have never been a huge greasy food nut. However when travelling the dart circuit, healthy choices are not always available. With such a busy weekend, preparing for this was not happening! I had a bagel for breakfast, on the road. A whole grain blueberry muffin for snack, beef soup for lunch (good choice) then hunger hit......CHIPS.
Followed by McD's fries, a cookies-n-cream pie (not good! it was AWESOME) then pizza later that evening.....as the junk food does not satisfy hunger for long.
I did play darts for the day, however I am disgusted with myself. I know that for the most part I could not control my choices....HOWEVER I feel gross.
Today is a new day. I am not going to allow the down falls of a rough weekend to ruin this week. i started today with bottled water and oatmeal. I am going to make this happen......I NEED TO! This letting go of yesterday is not a strong point of mine. Need to let it go and I AM!
So cheers to a week of GOOD choices! and letting go of the poor ones!
