I'm still on track and feeling good about it. This way of eating is liberal enough for me to eat anywhere and really not worry. On other diets I'd worry about what I was going to eat at other people's houses and whatnot. I'm happy to say I am able to feel in control and at the same time free to eat what I like in moderation. I'm down a little bit since I started. I'm now at 161.4. I think this is good progress and indicative I'm doing the of the type of diet I need.
