Ready for a new week!

Last week was very long and very difficult. I don't feel like I did my best on my eating. I was below everyday on everything. I was just so busy last week I didn't take the time for ME. I'm positive and sure that this week will be different. I'm feeling much better with my low blood sugar levels. So hopefully, I will be able to at least do some strength training and some walking on the treadmill this week.
Having a benefit singing for a special friend this weekend that lost her husband and daughter a day apart of each other. We all should be thankful and blessed with who we are and what we have.
