Well so far I've lost a 1.5 lbs in about 3 weeks. I'm happy about that but I know I can do better. I need to increase my fitness minutes, continue tracking my food and focusing on clean eating. Of course I'm saying this as my boyfriend is on his way over here with pizza, wings and beer! But hey football is only here for another 2 weeks.
